SUMMARY:Corralejo Tequilla
DESCRIPTION:Hacienda Corralejo is the birthplace of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costillo\, renowned for launching the Mexican War of Independence. It was the first estate in Mexico to produce tequila as a commercial venture\, and as such\, we are among only a chosen few tequila distilleries granted the right to produce tequila in a province other than Jalisco. \nAll of our tequilas go through the Charentais method of double distillation\, rare in the tequila industry. The first distillation takes place in a continuous still\, or column still. The second distillation takes place in an Alembic copper pot still\, imported from Tomelloso\, Spain. The second distillation results in tequila that is refined and wonderfully aromatic. \nWhile our Blanco is unaged and bottled fresh from the Hacienda’s distillery\, Corralejo Reposado and Añejo are both aged in charred oak barrels\, for four months and one year respectively\, which imparts additional spice flavors and a beautiful golden hue.

DESCRIPTION:Tip Top offers prepared classic cocktails that hit on all the notes of traditional recipes\, allowing modern drinkers a balanced beverage whenever and wherever.\nIn our previous lives\, we were music industry veterans behind some of the largest festivals in the country. Along the way\, we saw the demand for quality cocktails growing\, but the careful preparation required to make one made service in high volume environments pretty difficult. We fantasized about creating a world-class cocktail in an easy-to-serve vessel\, thinking maybe we could help solve a problem for venues\, events\, restaurants\, bars\, airplanes\, and regular folks at home on the couch. Eventually\, we stopped fantasizing and started actually doing it. \nEnlisting the help of our favorite bartender and James Beard finalist\, Miles Macquarrie of Kimball House\, we developed classic cocktail recipes and packaged them up to drink at any time and\, just about\, any place. Tip Top Proper Cocktails are always within reach\, especially if a trusted bartender or fully-stocked bar are not.
