DESCRIPTION:For us\, it’s all about hand-crafting spirits the right way. In the case of our Tennessee Whiskey & Bourbon\, that means using grains grown by the farmers we run into at the barbershop and never taking shortcuts. We grind\, cook\, ferment\, distill & patiently age every drop of Old Glory Tennessee Bourbon and Whiskey on site. The oak barrels only ask for time to work their magic\, and as a self-respecting Tennessee Whiskey distiller\, we don’t to mess with what works. \nSmall Batch – For every Small Batch that we release\, individual barrel samples are pulled\, and each of them is carefully analyzed and graded for their aroma\, taste\, and finish. We then blend the samples that make the cut until we find what we believe to be the perfect balance of character deserving of the Old Glory name. The result is a truly unique Small Batch blend that we’re so proud to share with you and yours. Cheers! \nBottle In Bond – Bottled-in-Bond is a badge of honor that we’re not afraid to boast about. The Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 was passed as a guarantee that any bottle of whiskey holding the designation was the product of one distillation season\, distilled by the distillery named on the bottle\, aged under U.S. government supervision for at least 4 years\, and bottled at exactly 100 proof. \nSingle Barrel – This Single Barrel exhibits a handful of unique characteristics that stand out above the rest\, and it would be doing it a disservice if it wasn’t shared with you in its purest form. \nThis Single Barrel of bourbon is presented at barrel proof – the exact strength that it was when it left it’s barrel.
