Eighth-Generation Master Distiller Jacob Call distills each barrel using 100% Kentucky corn sourced from local farmers. The bourbon and rye whiskey is distilled using a 54-inch Vendome™ copper column at the top of a beer still\, along with copper condensers and a copper doubler. \n​ \nOwensboro Distilling Co. has been through a distillery fire\, Prohibition\, multiple owners\, abandonment\, and a long period of dormancy before its revival in 2014. After two years of restoration and renovation\, the distillery began filling barrels in 2016. Broken Barrel believed the story and history of this distillery and has been growing alongside the distillery starting with just 9-month-old whiskey when the first bourbon was launched in 2017. \nToday\, Broken Barrel Whiskey’s core products feature aged Kentucky Straight whiskey\, denoting a minimum of two years in the barrel before even being tasted and selected for the next batch.

Following years of experiments\, the alchemist succeeded and Elisir Lungavita (elixir of life) was born. \n  \nThe quality of ingredients determines the quality of the finished product. Amaro Montenegro is made from 40 botanicals\, including spices\, dried fruits\, roots\, seeds\, bark\, citrus peels\, flowers and species of wood sourced from around the world. \nOf these 40 botanicals\, only 13 are revealed and are categorized into 3 different aroma profiles: citrus\, spice\, and herbal. DESCRIPTION:This is a red wine with deep purple tints\, strong colour intensity\, very brilliant and limpid. A very complex and powerfull nose \nof spices and blacks fruits flavors. After aeration\, blackberries\, blackcurrant aromas dominate with a tint of prune\, cinnamon\, cherries and undergrowth. The entry is powerful\, tannins are again a little bit hard. This wine presents a big potential to be kept down. It would be necessary to open it 1 or 2 hours before the tasting.

Small lots are picked and fermented individually with minimal intervention to allow the true expression of the soil and climate. The wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks.

DESCRIPTION:Whiskey making and entrepreneurship has been in the Teeling genes as far back as 1782\, when Walter Teeling set up a small craft distillery on Marrowbone Lane in the industrial heart of Dublin City. \nWith layers of unique flavour influenced by unconventional cask maturation techniques. \nHand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskey are initially fully aged in Ex-Bourbon barrels\, then married together in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique\, dried fruit profile. 46% ABV\, non chill filtered and full of natural character \nFloral and herbal\, with hints of vanilla\, rum raisin notes\, and all spice. Creamy vanilla sweetness\, with a dried fruit\, raisin and apricot character and slight tingling spice. Long\, warming finish with lingering sweetness\, spice\, and oak notes.
