Yazoo Brewery

Yazoo Brewing Company’s story is well founded, starting with owner Linus Hall’s passion for homebrewer to formulating Nashville’s first craft beer brewery since Prohibition. For the record, the name Yazoo Brewing is in homage to Linus and Lila Hall’s hometown of Vicksburg, Mississippi and the stately Yazoo River that transverses the city. Linus and Lila held corporate positions and eventually decided that brewing beer was simply more exciting than climbing the corporate ladder. The couple moved to Nashville to realize their dreams of entering the craft beer arena. Linus Hall earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and also a craft brewing degree form the American Brewers Guild in California. He then interned with New York’s Brooklyn Brewery before returning to Nashville to begin his entrance into craft brewing as a means of existence. Yazoo Brewing Company saw the first light of day on October 3, 2003 in the historic Marathon Motor Works building, In the ensuing years, Yazoo Brewing has become the iconic brewing model for the State of Tennessee and many of the region’s surrounding areas.

Corsair Distillery

Childhood friends, Darek Bell and Andrew Webber, began homebrewing beer and wine in Darek and Amy Lee Bell’s garage. They hit a snag while working on a prototype bio-diesel plant, causing Andrew to remark that making whiskey would be much more satisfying. The idea stuck, and the two soon found themselves studying distilleries and spirits. Soon after, in 2008, Corsair Distillery was founded in Bowling Green, KY. By 2010, Corsair set its marks where it all started, becoming the first craft distillery in Nashville since prohibition. Corsair’s spirits have been praised in publications like Food and Wine, Saveur, Imbibe, Whisky Magazine, Whisky Advocate, the Atlantic, Time Out New York, and Maxim.com. Corsair’s innovative and adventurous spirits have won over 800 medals at national and international spirits competitions.

Woodford Reserve Double Oak

An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.

Rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak.

Taste

A full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices.

Finish

Long and creamy with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

So, with a respectful nod to the past, we propose a toast — to the road ahead. Barrel Finished Gin - Utilizing our bourbon barrels, we handcrafted this barrel-finished gin in homage to the rolling Kentucky hills we call home, allowing fresh botanicals coriander, cranberry, juniper, and nutmeg to develop and mature into the perfect flavor profile. Smooth and complex with a subtle hint of smoke, Monk's Road Barrel Finished Gin reflects the pride of the place and tradition that the Log Still family is known for. Dry Gin - Our essential gin is a unique offering from the Kentucky hills of Nelson County, with a delicate balance of distinctly complementary botanicals. We've married watermelon rind with zests of orange and lemon for a bright and fresh flavor-creating the perfect gin for all seasons and palates. Sip it slowly and neat or dress it up in a cocktail. This palate pleaser possesses an air of refinement.
