To this day, we instill age-old processes and values handed down from generation to generation. El Mayor’s tradition of tequila craft starts at the roots. That’s why El Mayor is made from only the highest quality Weber Blue Agave plants, sweet succulents that thrive in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco. At about 7,500 feet above sea level, its mineral-rich sandy soil produces the juiciest plants, giving you a taste as warm as Jalisco.
Knob Creek Bourbon

Created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection, it was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavor of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. We honor that enduring dedication to quality. We’re proud to uphold the values that make a whiskey worthy of the name - patiently aged and full-proof to bring out full flavor. Here’s to the new golden age. Characterized by the sweetness of its mashbill, Knob Creek is aged a minimum of 9 years, distilled at a lower proof, and bottled at 100 proof to give it its authentic, full-flavor profile. Dedicated to creating the definitive bourbon, we strive to set the standard. Knob Creek upholds the highest principles of bourbon-making. Every stroke set purposely and precisely, every drop crafted with conviction. Embossed, stamped, molded and sealed with defining quality. First mixed in the early 80’s by founder, Bill Gage, the original Happy Ending™ cocktail was created to satisfy a crowd of guests at one of his unforgettable house parties. The cocktail was a hit from the very beginning and became Bill’s go-to from that moment forward.
His signature cocktail followed him to Vermont where it earned him the role of social chair at his fraternity and has since stood the test of time as the best-selling cocktail for over a decade at the Gage family restaurant on Lake Geneva.
After 40 years Bill knew he had something special – a seriously satisfying, one-of-a-kind cocktail that truly lives up to its name. The only improvement would be the ability to bring the party to any place.
So, after years of requests from family, friends along with some industry connections, the Happy Ending™ canned cocktail grew from an idea to reality. In 2025, Bill partnered with Eric Weber, spirits industry veteran, to make Happy Ending™ even more accessible. Now, fans can enjoy the crisp, refreshing taste of Happy Ending in a convenient, ready-to-enjoy format - Cheers!

This is the best liquor store in Hendersonville. They are large and have a large variety of all liquors. Staff are friendly and helpful. My go-to store.

This is a definite GO-TO place, hospitality was great when we were there they were giving samples of a local brand Dickel, the lady was very knowledgeable of the products, after getting over the happiness of free shots when walking in we shopped the aisles, they had everything we wanted and more, probably return for some whiskey's I'd never seen in SoCal.
