Bar Diver Cocktails

We believe cocktails represent social harmony. The making of a cocktail – that craft of blending harmonious flavors into a singular delicious whole – is a great metaphor for enjoying life. We don’t see cocktails as “flavors” rather they are individual creative expressions honed over decades to represent the best of the parts – integrated, balanced, and each a proud adult libation.

We are not a “Ready To Drink”. We are “Ready To Serve” cocktails. To be enjoyed quietly by oneself or to celebrate with friends. They should not be hurried. Our cocktails are more about cocktail culture, than the simple utility of cocktail convenience. So take a little time, pop, pour over good ice in a lovely glass, garnish, and drink like a grown-up.
