The Concept: Created by founders Jim Chasteen and Charlie Thompson, Fiddler initially showcased ASW’s blending acumen using sourced high-quality stocks (such as MGP wheated bourbons) while “fiddling” with variables like char/toast levels, batch sizes, and wood finishes. Today, it also incorporates ASW’s in-house pot-distilled spirits.
