Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope.  To commemorate this occasion, Mike quickly realized he wanted to create a spirit that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small. Teaming up with his close childhood friend and neighbor, Danny Polise, they set out to discover and produce a Straight Bourbon Whiskey everyone could appreciate and enjoy. A company was born. Today, Penelope Bourbon is available in 37 states and 3 countries. Proving that with enough love and care, and hard work, anything is possible. Four Grain is what started it all. Back in 2018, we set out to create a series of bourbons that were approachable and enjoyable for all. We found a special combination of Corn, Rye, Wheat, and Malted Barley bourbon and never looked back. We hope you enjoy all of these as much as we do.

THE CHATTANOOGA WHISKEY STORY Inspired by our city's rich distilling history, Chattanooga Whiskey was founded in 2011 with a mission to bring back "Whiskey to the People." Following the success of our community-powered Vote Whiskey campaign, we eventually became the first distillery in Chattanooga in over a century. In 2015, we began the patient process of crafting our malt-forward style of straight bourbon whiskey we call Tennessee High Malt. After 8 years in the making, our Tennessee High Malt was released in August 2019, marking a new era in our company history with a whiskey that celebrates the future as much as the history that got us here today.

The Story Of Reverence Reverence is a one of a kind Tennessee Bourbon. It is curated from 2 different aged barrels, creating a master blend with rich taste and a flavor that cannot be duplicated. As a bourbon it is aged in brand new charred oak barrels for every batch. The corn to rye ratio is precise with a touch of barley to give the premium oak flavor that bourbon aficionados so greatly desire. Renegade Lemonade was established 2020 in the Dallas, GA basement of Alex and Brady Reiter, two people with a passion for wine and a lot of time on their hands.
