Historical know-how and state-of-the art technology come together to create the harmonious balance for which Moët & Chandon champagne is known over the world. The Moët & Chandon style is distinctive: a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity that are the result of the slow, gradual progression from vine to cellar. Every stage in the process relies on the complementary know-how of vine growers, vat men, cellar men, oenologists and other professionals all united by the strong principles that constitute our core values, our Wine Credo.

J Vineyards Winery

AS A TRADITIONAL-METHOD SPARKLING PRODUCER, J VINEYARDS INCORPORATES MANY OLD-WORLD TECHNIQUES AND TRADITIONS INTO ITS WINEMAKING.   At J Vineyards, all sparkling fruit is hand-harvested at night in cool temperatures to ensure the grapes remain in peak condition. An ultra-gentle pressing in our Coquard presses (rarely found in the U.S., and one of very few in California) prevents astringency or bitterness, and ensures a clean, refreshing mouthfeel. And the same high level of attention and care is poured into each still varietal as well, creating a portfolio that is consistently lauded and always enjoyed.

J Vidal Fleury Wines

Founded in 1781, Vidal-Fleury is the Rhône Valley’s oldest continuing grower/négociant firm. Thomas Jefferson’s visit in 1787 was its first contact with the United States; he called the wines “justly celebrated”. During the 1890s, Gustave Vidal married a daughter of the Fleury family. Thanks to her dowry, they replanted the vineyard following the phylloxera outbreak. Then, in the 1920s, the House took an interest in other wine-growing regions throughout the Rhône Valley (See Line Extensions). In 1984, Ets. Guigal acquired the company. This step was a logical continuation for the Vidal-Fleury and Guigal families, who had always worked together. Indeed, Etienne Guigal (Marcel’s father) was hired as a vine-grower and cellar master by Joseph Vidal-Fleury in 1924. When the Vidal-Fleury family decided to sell the House, as none of its heirs felt like taking over the reins, it naturally turned to the Guigal family. As result, the company remains family run. Vidal-Fleury is managed in absolute independence with its own winemaking, logistics and commercial team.

Old Dominick The Original Toddy, Tennessee Whiskey & Straight Bourbon

The Original Toddy - In an homage to rollicking pre-Prohibition Memphis, we’re proud to present Domenico Canale’s long-lost Original Toddy. Reverse engineered from a dusty bottle tucked away in a long-forgotten warehouse, the Original Toddy blends our signature high-rye bourbon with a carefully-curated array of natural ingredients. Whether enjoyed neat, poured over cracked ice or as the highlight in an inventive cocktail, it’s the Memphis spirit that’s made to be shared. Straight Tennessee Whiskey - We took the bold rye spice from Kentucky bourbon and introduced it to the smooth soul of traditional Tennessee Whiskey. Old Dominick Straight Tennessee Whiskey uses our signature Tennessee Whiskey mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley—bottled at an approachable 85 proof—for a familiar experience with a little something extra. Straight Bourbon - An homage to our home zip code (901), this small batch bourbon whiskey is bottled at the perfect proof to provide a bold sipping experience, and a cocktail that allows the whiskey to shine through. It’s a versatile whiskey that we’re proud to have representing Memphis.
