Leiper’s Fork Distillery creates high-end premium whiskeys using local ingredients, time honored techniques and pure limestone filtered water, resulting in superior whiskeys with a signature taste. Since filling our first barrel in the Spring of 2016, our goal has been to resurrect the lost art of small batch whiskey production that was prevalent in the hills of middle Tennessee from its earliest founding. We are committed to employing age-old techniques that are reminiscent of Pre-Prohibition style whiskeys of a bygone era, bringing you unique whiskey profiles you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

Yellow Label Brut cuvée reveals an aromatic profile dominated by notes of white and yellow fruits like pear, apple, and peach. Hints of citrus fruits like mandarin and grapefruit blend harmoniously with gourmand aromas of brioche. Yellow Label Brut is structured by Pinot Noir, the true backbone of the wine. It offers flavors of pear, peach, and pastry enhanced by a touch of dried fruit from aging on lees, which gives it a true aromatic richness.

Established in 1985, Decoy is recognized for producing attractively priced wines from exceptional vineyard sources, including Decoy’s own Ridgeline and Brownell estate vineyards in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County. Decoy’s winemaking program is guided by acclaimed Winemaker Dana Epperson, who is an expert at working with multiple grape varieties across multiple regions. The Decoy lineup includes a Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a Rosé and Brut Cuvée. In 2020, Decoy unveiled Decoy Limited, a tier of Limited-production wines made from special lots sourced from California’s most prestigious wine regions.
