Our portfolio of Sauvignon Blancs stands as an homage to this voyage, an embodiment of our commitment to Raise a Fresh Perspective with each sip.​ An elegant expression of the Marlborough region, Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc showcases vibrant tropical notes underpinned by a crisp, herbaceous edge. Bright character meets balanced structure, with intense flavors of passionfruit, lemongrass, and white peach, leading to a long, clean finish.

Our story begins in Bologna, Italy in 1885 where Amaro Montenegro was created by Stanisalo Cobianchi. A curious and rebellious character, Stanislao abandoned his family’s wish for him to pursue a religious career and instead embarked on an adventure traveling the world. On his journey, Stanislao collected the world’s finest botanicals to create a beautifully balanced amaro. Upon returning home to Bologna, he established the Cobianchi Stanislao Steam Distillery, where he continued to cultivate his craft of alchemy. Following years of experiments, the alchemist succeeded and Elisir Lungavita (elixir of life) was born.   The quality of ingredients determines the quality of the finished product. Amaro Montenegro is made from 40 botanicals, including spices, dried fruits, roots, seeds, bark, citrus peels, flowers and species of wood sourced from around the world. Of these 40 botanicals, only 13 are revealed and are categorized into 3 different aroma profiles: citrus, spice, and herbal. The perfect combination of these botanicals is what gives Amaro Montenegro its complex, yet well-balanced flavor.

Chardonnay -From California’s coastal, cool-climate Edna Valley, this Chardonnay benefits from a long growing season which yields a wine with bright citrus and floral notes in a light refreshing style. We wait patiently and pick grapes at their optimum flavor. We work with coopers to ensure the barrels uplift rather than dominate the fresh, citrus fruit profile. Each barrel is meticulously chosen to ensure the blend perfectly represents what we love about Chardonnay in the Edna Valley.  Drawing from 50 years of the Cakebread family’s winemaking experience, and selecting grapes that reflect the unique personalities of their regions, Bezel crafts quality, fruit-forward wines to elevate your everyday wine drinking occasion. The traditional triple distillation method uses copper pot stills, which create and fine-tune the proper character. After the first distillation, the strength of the spirit is increased through a second distillation with a low wine still. A third distillation in the spirit still, creates a cut above 80% alcohol. This captures the heart of the spirit. Our coopers hand-select the finest former bourbon barrels in which to age our proper whiskey. Our spirit slowly ages developing through the years flavours of vanilla, honey and toasted wood. The blending of sweet Irish grain spirit and single malt Irish whiskey lies at the heart of Proper No. Twelve. Our Master Distiller selects casks that hold the rich character needed to craft Proper No. Twelve Whiskey.

World-class whiskey from the heart of Memphis, TN. Here at B.R. Distilling Co., we focus solely on crafting, aging, bottling, and distributing the finest whiskey possible.  Held by B.R Distilling Co. since 2018, DSP TN 21021 was licensed in 2014, making it the oldest distillery license in the city of Memphis. Whiskey lovers know how critical temperature variations are in aging whiskey. Located just north of downtown Memphis, B.R. Distilling Co. is outside of the “heat island effect” many urban areas experience. Our warehouses sit just east of the Mississippi River in our own micro-climate, with high humidity and steady temperatures. It all adds up to the perfect place to age our whiskeys. This Memphis-made bottle is a 2021 release with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley — a commonly sourced mash from MGP.
