Kamoti Green and White Tea Shots

Kamoti’s story begins in the bars of New Jersey, with founders Dylan and Michael waiting in line for green tea shots…and waiting…and waiting. This happened a lot. Green tea shots are popular and hard to make in large batches. Our founders have a strong passion for Green Tea Shots because of their ability to bring their friends and all types of people together. We got tired of waiting, so we got to work on Kamoti––a high-quality, low-ABV, preservative-free, gluten-free, ready-to-pour green tea shot. Then we made a vodka-based white tea shot too. Put it all together with our Komodo Dragon mascot Hoshi, and you’ve got uninterrupted fun, chill vibes, and happy people on both sides of the bar. From now on, when you want green or white tea shots, you only have to say one word: Kamoti.

Traveler Whiskey

For this first-of-its-kind collaboration from Buffalo Trace Distillery, Traveller brings together the collective artistry of 10X Grammy Award-Winning Artist Chris Stapleton and Buffalo Trace Distillery Master Distiller, Harlen Wheatley. In pursuit of the finest possible whiskey, over 50 blends were sampled before making Blend No. 40 the chosen combination. Blend No. 40 is the carefully curated result of countless hours of testing & tasting and is exactly what you’d expect – a premium whiskey that speaks for itself. Authentically crafted to be there whenever you find yourself in good company, Traveller Whiskey is Easy to Drink, Hard Not to Love. Tasting Notes - Complex aromas of vanilla, aged fruit and buttery shortbread rounded off by caramel and a touch of oak. The palate has just a touch of sweetness, followed by spice, toasted nut and oak flavors, with a robust finish.

Sazerac Rye

The one and only New Orleans original, Sazerac Rye symbolizes the culture and history of the Big Easy. In the 19th century, industrious farmers and distillers in the heartland of the United States barreled and shipped their rye whiskeys down the great Mississippi River to the bustling, growing city of New Orleans. These spicy and assertive spirits fueled the whiskey culture of New Orleans and established the first American cocktail, The Sazerac. The Sazerac was born in the French Quarter at a time when saloons, veiled as coffee houses, lined the streets of New Orleans. At the famed Sazerac Coffee House, the drink of choice became a libation of rye whiskey, absinthe and bitters and with that, the first branded cocktail, The Sazerac, was born. Our Sazerac Rye carries the unrestrained taste and character of New Orleans.

Bezel Chardonnay & Pinot Grigio & Cabernet (From the Cakebread Family)

Chardonnay -From California’s coastal, cool-climate Edna Valley, this Chardonnay benefits from a long growing season which yields a wine with bright citrus and floral notes in a light refreshing style. We wait patiently and pick grapes at their optimum flavor. We work with coopers to ensure the barrels uplift rather than dominate the fresh, citrus fruit profile. Each barrel is meticulously chosen to ensure the blend perfectly represents what we love about Chardonnay in the Edna Valley.  Drawing from 50 years of the Cakebread family’s winemaking experience, and selecting grapes that reflect the unique personalities of their regions, Bezel crafts quality, fruit-forward wines to elevate your everyday wine drinking occasion. TASTING NOTE Notes of lemon zest, granny smith apple, fresh pear and vanilla. Pinot Noir - From California’s coastal, cool-climate Edna Valley, where the long, cool growing season allows us to patiently wait and pick grapes at their optimum flavor. Each ferment is gently handled with a bespoke regime to carefully extract pure fruit flavors and silken tannins. Fever Tree Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini Mix By blending the finest Indonesian coffee extracts with sweet notes of vanilla we've created a rich and smooth Espresso Martini Mix, which, when shaken with vodka makes a delicious, easy, and authentic Espresso Martin Rich coffee notes add depth to subtle flavors of chocolate and sweet vanilla for a luxuriously smooth espresso martini with a delicious bitter bite. We use a blend of Arabica & Robusta coffee extracts sourced from mountainous regions along the coast of Bali in Indonesia. The combination of the warm humid climate, cooling coastal sea breeze & rich fertile soil make these regions the perfect growing conditions for coffee. Arabica tends to have more delicate fruity & floral flavor notes whereas the Robusta brings a richer, more bitter flavor profile to the mixer.

Upstate Vodka

Upstate Vodka is both very traditional and quite unique for vodka due to the use of apples. The final product is not “flavored” but the apple base does lend a wonderful mouthfeel and a nice hint of fruit on the back end of the palate. You can taste the fruits of our labor in every bottle of Upstate Vodka. Not every apple is created equal and not every batch is exactly the same. Part science, part art, using local apples, we take the time and a hands-on approach to make the finest quality vodka every time. We take pride in creating a small batch, truly hand crafted, agricultural product.

Monks Road

It is here, along the rutted country lane to the old homeplace, where we now forge a new road at Log Still Distillery. To christen the journey, allow us to introduce Monk’s Road. Our first offering of Bourbons and Gins that embody a true reflection of our most sacred values: faith, family and community. So, with a respectful nod to the past, we propose a toast — to the road ahead. Barrel Finished Gin - Utilizing our bourbon barrels, we handcrafted this barrel-finished gin in homage to the rolling Kentucky hills we call home, allowing fresh botanicals coriander, cranberry, juniper, and nutmeg to develop and mature into the perfect flavor profile. Smooth and complex with a subtle hint of smoke, Monk's Road Barrel Finished Gin reflects the pride of the place and tradition that the Log Still family is known for. METHOD AND MADNESS is a spirit brand hatched from the minds of the Masters and Apprentices of Midleton Distillery. Our foundation of shared knowledge is unique to the Midleton. When great minds collide, incredible creations can emerge. At Midleton, our Master and Apprentice relationship runs deep, with generations of know how meshing with restless curiosity. There will be trial, and error, and brilliant bottled breakthroughs that start with “What if?” Restless hearts making inspired spirits. Innovation is nothing new to Midleton, but the new microdistillery has provided the copper canvas for experimentation to run free.
