Kástra Elión is a premium, artisan-crafted sipping vodka distilled from hand-picked Greek olives and curated grains. Named after an ancient castle in Nafpaktos, Greece, it features a smooth, buttery finish with a subtle salinity, making it an excellent base for martinis.
