    Created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection, it was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavor of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. We honor that enduring dedication to quality. We’re proud to uphold the values that make a whiskey worthy of the name - patiently aged and full-proof to bring out full flavor. Here’s to the new golden age. Characterized by the sweetness of its mashbill, Knob Creek is aged a minimum of 9 years, distilled at a lower proof, and bottled at 100 proof to give it its authentic, full-flavor profile. Dedicated to creating the definitive bourbon, we strive to set the standard. Knob Creek upholds the highest principles of bourbon-making. Every stroke set purposely and precisely, every drop crafted with conviction. Embossed, stamped, molded and sealed with defining quality.     In the heart of the Bourbon Capital of the World, we are passionate about making great whiskey. In our state-of-the-art facility, we have the capability to produce over 50 different mashbills, otherwise known as recipes, across the entire whiskey spectrum. We have distilled for some of the best whiskey brands in the world, and have taken all of that knowledge to create our own sought-after expressions.

Their spirit lives on in the land and in every bottle we produce, where we capture tradition, courage, and integrity. Just as the Cazcanes stood firm for what they believed in, we remain committed to crafting tequila with authenticity, transparency, and deep respect for the craft.

  • Woodford Reserve

    The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. You get that sense of history. The history of bourbon is the history of Kentucky, is the history of the United States. We mature Woodford Reserve in new, charred, white oak barrels of our own making. The barrel is a key ingredient in our process, contributing flavor, complexity, and balance. That’s why we craft, toast, and char bourbon barrels at our very own cooperage.   • Alma Del Jaguar Tequila

    Alma del Jaguar is crafted using traditional methods designed to highlight natural flavors of the agave plant and the terroir of the Los Altos (highlands) region. Our production partners, the Vivanco family, are 5th generation tequileros who have been growing agave in Los Altos de Jalisco since 1929. Made on a 5th-generation estate in Los Altos de Jalisco using only agave, water, and yeast. Bottled unfiltered by hand at the source.

  • Snap Dragon THC Drinks

    16oz Dam Water is a handcrafted, infused soda with flavors of blueberry, coconut, and citrus with a whopping 50mg of RINS9 per 16oz can. Proceeds from these cans go towards the conservation and revitalization efforts of Lake Sturgeon in the Tennessee River. Dam Water contains 18mg of Caffeine per 12oz can.

  • Highclere Castle Gin

    Winner of 71 prestigious international awards, it is expected that Highclere Castle Gin will become the most awarded gin by the end of 2021. Highclere Castle Gin possesses a rare level of smoothness that allows it to be enjoyed on the rocks.  Traditionally, it is exceptional when mixed with tonic and a lime or in a classic martini cocktail. Recovered from the Carnarvon family archives stored deep within the castle, menus and letters reference gin cocktails from the early 1900’s.  Enjoyed in the “Highclere Style” for over a century, the traditional method of indulgence involves a cocktail made with gin, tonic, a fresh orange squeeze and peel, and finished with a rosemary sprig from the garden. Juniper has grown wild on the estate since the ancient Roman days, and forms the backbone of this super premium London Dry Gin.

    Something magical happens to the whiskey in its seventh year in cask. We call it the sweet spot, where smoothness meets notes of caramel, vanilla, and warm oak, and the liquid turns a rich gold.     How we do, what we do — and where we do it — are equally important when it comes to making bourbon. Our master distillers have over a century of experience making Kentucky Straight Bourbon the right way, The Wild Turkey way. For over 75 years, we’ve been making our whiskey at the top of Wild Turkey Hill in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It’s where spirited tradition and devotion to our craft come together to yield an unparalleled lineup of bourbon and rye. It starts when the Master Distiller selects the corn, rye and malted barley for distilling. We use only the best ingredients at the Wild Turkey Distillery – nothing but our specially grown, non-GMO grains, which are quality tested at four separate times. They say location is everything, and Wild Turkey distillery proudly sits atop a limestone shelf situation along the Kentucky River, allowing us to use quality Kentucky water straight from the source.
