C.H. Wente came to America in the late 1800s from Hamburg Germany, learned to make wine from a German by the name of Charles Krug in the Napa Valley, and in 1883 established his first 47-acre Estate and Winery. He chose the Livermore Valley as it was famed for its excellent soils and climate. In 1908, C.H. planted the first Chardonnay vines in the Livermore Valley. Our 2023 Morning Fog Chardonnay bursts with aromatics of citrus and green apple complemented by hints of toasty oak and vanilla from barrel-aging. This wine is balanced by a lingering minerality and natural acidity to create a beautiful wine. Our 2022 Sandstone Merlot is supple and beautifully balanced, showcasing aromas of ripe red cherry and plum that are complimented by creamy oak notes of sweet caramel and vanilla bean. Additional notes of white pepper, cardamom, and graphite provide more complexity and continue to develop as the wine breathes in the glas

Laroche Chardonnay is a wine produced by Domaine Laroche, a well-known wine estate in France, known for its Chablis and other Chardonnay wines. Domaine Laroche is a large landholder in Chablis, with 90 hectares of vineyards. They also produce a "Petit Chardonnay," a low-alcohol version of Chardonnay, and a "La Chevaliere" label, both of which are labeled as 100% Chardonnay, according to Wilson Daniels. The Laroche Le Petit Chardonnay is known for its aromatic, floral, and citrus notes, with a lighter structure and balanced acidity, according to Wilson Daniels. Laroche Chardonnay is also known for its bright and crisp flavors, often with citrus and fruit notes,

They’ve also been committed to our unprecedented practice of exploring secondary barrel finishes for each one of our products. Cambio utilizes a separate building on the property designed only for 100% natural artisanal process. ZB has been instrumental in allowing us to modify their distillery and aiding us in experimentation, testing, and verifiable results with their on-site modern laboratory. At Cambio, we pick our partners very carefully. Our whole Blue Weber, highland agave comes from Ruvalferti, run by the Ruvalcaba de Arandas family with a solid agricultural tradition that spans over 35 years. This organization assures that all of it's employees are Global G.A.P. certified. No matter the cost, we always insist on starting our tequila with the best piñas possible.

THE CHATTANOOGA WHISKEY STORY Inspired by our city's rich distilling history, Chattanooga Whiskey was founded in 2011 with a mission to bring back "Whiskey to the People." Following the success of our community-powered Vote Whiskey campaign, we eventually became the first distillery in Chattanooga in over a century. In 2015, we began the patient process of crafting our malt-forward style of straight bourbon whiskey we call Tennessee High Malt. After 8 years in the making, our Tennessee High Malt was released in August 2019, marking a new era in our company history with a whiskey that celebrates the future as much as the history that got us here today.
