A Passionate Pedigree Over four generations, we have been hard at work perfecting the art and craft of growing agave and distilling tequila. To this day, we instill age-old processes and values handed down from generation to generation. Every sip and every bottle represent the continuation of the very legacy we’ve worked so hard to create. El Mayor’s tradition of tequila craft starts at the roots. That’s why El Mayor is made from only the highest quality Weber Blue Agave plants, sweet succulents that thrive in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco. At about 7,500 feet above sea level, its mineral-rich sandy soil produces the juiciest plants, giving you a taste as warm as Jalisco. Come in and try El Mayor Tequila straight or in a Margarita!!!

Created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection, it was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavor of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. We honor that enduring dedication to quality. We’re proud to uphold the values that make a whiskey worthy of the name - patiently aged and full-proof to bring out full flavor. Here’s to the new golden age. Characterized by the sweetness of its mashbill, Knob Creek is aged a minimum of 9 years, distilled at a lower proof, and bottled at 100 proof to give it its authentic, full-flavor profile. Dedicated to creating the definitive bourbon, we strive to set the standard. Knob Creek upholds the highest principles of bourbon-making. Every stroke set purposely and precisely, every drop crafted with conviction. Embossed, stamped, molded and sealed with defining quality. Bearing the indelible hallmarks of a whiskey worthy of the name. We strive for the standard. Set the standard. Then we push it further.

First mixed in the early 80’s by founder, Bill Gage, the original Happy Ending™ cocktail was created to satisfy a crowd of guests at one of his unforgettable house parties. The cocktail was a hit from the very beginning and became Bill’s go-to from that moment forward. His signature cocktail followed him to Vermont where it earned him the role of social chair at his fraternity and has since stood the test of time as the best-selling cocktail for over a decade at the Gage family restaurant on Lake Geneva. After 40 years Bill knew he had something special – a seriously satisfying, one-of-a-kind cocktail that truly lives up to its name. The only improvement would be the ability to bring the party to any place. So, after years of requests from family, friends along with some industry connections, the Happy Ending™ canned cocktail grew from an idea to reality. In 2025, Bill partnered with Eric Weber, spirits industry veteran, to make Happy Ending™ even more accessible. Now, fans can enjoy the crisp, refreshing taste of Happy Ending in a convenient, ready-to-enjoy format - Cheers!

Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope.  To commemorate this occasion, Mike quickly realized he wanted to create a spirit that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small. Teaming up with his close childhood friend and neighbor, Danny Polise, they set out to discover and produce a Straight Bourbon Whiskey everyone could appreciate and enjoy. A company was born. Today, Penelope Bourbon is available in 37 states and 3 countries. Proving that with enough love and care, and hard work, anything is possible. Four Grain is what started it all. Back in 2018, we set out to create a series of bourbons that were approachable and enjoyable for all. We found a special combination of Corn, Rye, Wheat, and Malted Barley bourbon and never looked back. We hope you enjoy all of these as much as we do.
