In our state-of-the-art facility, we have the capability to produce over 50 different mashbills, otherwise known as recipes, across the entire whiskey spectrum. We have distilled for some of the best whiskey brands in the world, and have taken all of that knowledge to create our own sought-after expressions.
Established in 1985, Decoy is recognized for producing attractively priced wines from exceptional vineyard sources, including Decoy’s own Ridgeline and Brownell estate vineyards in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County. Decoy’s winemaking program is guided by acclaimed Winemaker Dana Epperson, who is an expert at working with multiple grape varieties across multiple regions. The Decoy lineup includes a Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a Rosé and Brut Cuvée. In 2020, Decoy unveiled Decoy Limited, a tier of Limited-production wines made from special lots sourced from California’s most prestigious wine regions.

For us, it’s all about hand-crafting spirits the right way. In the case of our Tennessee Whiskey & Bourbon, that means using grains grown by the farmers we run into at the barbershop and never taking shortcuts. We grind, cook, ferment, distill & patiently age every drop of Old Glory Tennessee Bourbon and Whiskey on site. The oak barrels only ask for time to work their magic, and as a self-respecting Tennessee Whiskey distiller, we don’t to mess with what works. Small Batch - For every Small Batch that we release, individual barrel samples are pulled, and each of them is carefully analyzed and graded for their aroma, taste, and finish. We then blend the samples that make the cut until we find what we believe to be the perfect balance of character deserving of the Old Glory name. Craft Distilled by Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley and his dedicated team at the Distillery, Wheatley Vodka is made in small batches using Harlen’s one of a kind micro-still and a unique recipe of wheat and other grains. Distilled a total of 10 times, triple filtered, and bottled at 82 proof, this artisanal vodka has a clean, crisp, and fresh taste. Harlen has always wanted to make a premium vodka, and knows from experience that wheat offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile. The wheat recipe is cooked, fermented, and distilled seven times on the micro-still before being married with a recipe made from other grains and distilled an additional three times. For more than 30 years, Skinny has planted seeds and seedlings in his ever-expanding garden and harvested and canned fresh vegetables. Always one to try new concoctions and combinations, he experimented with dilly beans and okra creole, squash “soup” and spicy tomato juice, and any other recipe he could think up over the ensuing years. About a decade ago, Skinny started getting requests for his tomato juice, aka, Bloody Mary Mix, from family and friends. He supplied these requests while refining the recipe. It has been said the best country music is nothing but “Three Chords And The Truth.” We take a similar approach to crafting ROW 94 – just three natural ingredients: premium grain, purified Kentucky limestone water, and cultivated yeast. Our handcrafted small batch features a mash bill of 70% Kentucky grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted and row barley, aged in new White Oak barrels with a level 4 char that penetrates deep into the staves for greater complexity and character. Distilled and aged for at least four years in Owensboro, Kentucky, our 94-proof bourbon is a tribute to the year Dierks arrived in Nashville and fell in love with the authenticity of bluegrass and country music, its history, and the stories yet to be told.
