Distilling Co., we focus solely on crafting, aging, bottling, and distributing the finest whiskey possible.  Held by B.R Distilling Co. since 2018, DSP TN 21021 was licensed in 2014, making it the oldest distillery license in the city of Memphis. Whiskey lovers know how critical temperature variations are in aging whiskey. Located just north of downtown Memphis, B.R. Distilling Co. is outside of the “heat island effect” many urban areas experience. Our warehouses sit just east of the Mississippi River in our own micro-climate, with high humidity and steady temperatures. It all adds up to the perfect place to age our whiskeys. This Memphis-made bottle is a 2021 release with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley — a commonly sourced mash from MGP.

Finished in Japanese Rum Barrels - Made in the southernmost region of Japan, the exceptional "Kura The Whisky" is the result of careful aging in American White Oak. Finished in Japanese rum casks, its remarkable sweet aroma is accompanied by its distinctive mellow taste. The permeance of the unique Okinawa islands is infused with this premium spirit. Our 2022 Sangiovese Rosé is a refreshing, light-bodied wine featuring captivating aromas of fresh cranberry, raspberry jam, red cassis, and kiwi juice. The brisk palate, accentuated by bright acidity and a hint of natural residual sugar, unfolds flavors of strawberry, candied cherry, and hints of watermelon, concluding with a vibrant mixed berry medley on the finish.

This is a red wine with deep purple tints, strong colour intensity, very brilliant and limpid. A very complex and powerfull nose of spices and blacks fruits flavors. After aeration, blackberries, blackcurrant aromas dominate with a tint of prune, cinnamon, cherries and undergrowth. The entry is powerful, tannins are again a little bit hard. This wine presents a big potential to be kept down. It would be necessary to open it 1 or 2 hours before the tasting.

White Wine of Cotes De Gascogne . A refreshing take on Sauvignon Blanc with a herbaceous finish.
