  • Monks Road

It is here, along the rutted country lane to the old homeplace, where we now forge a new road at Log Still Distillery. To christen the journey, allow us to introduce Monk’s Road. Our first offering of Bourbons and Gins that embody a true reflection of our most sacred values: faith, family and community. So, with a respectful nod to the past, we propose a toast — to the road ahead. Barrel Finished Gin - Utilizing our bourbon barrels, we handcrafted this barrel-finished gin in homage to the rolling Kentucky hills we call home, allowing fresh botanicals coriander, cranberry, juniper, and nutmeg to develop and mature into the perfect flavor profile. Smooth and complex with a subtle hint of smoke, Monk's Road Barrel Finished Gin reflects the pride of the place and tradition that the Log Still family is known for. Dry Gin - Our essential gin is a unique offering from the Kentucky hills of Nelson County, with a delicate balance of distinctly complementary botanicals. We've married watermelon rind with zests of orange and lemon for a bright and fresh flavor-creating the perfect gin for all seasons and palates. Sip it slowly and neat or dress it up in […]

  • Cambio Tequila

Cambio has partnered with ZB Distillery (NOM 1605) to deliver the exceptional quality and attention to detail that we insist on. After a comprehensive search of Jalisco’s distilleries, only ZB Distillery was eager to explore our innovative distilling techniques and longer production times. They’ve also been committed to our unprecedented practice of exploring secondary barrel finishes for each one of our products. Cambio utilizes a separate building on the property designed only for 100% natural artisanal process. ZB has been instrumental in allowing us to modify their distillery and aiding us in experimentation, testing, and verifiable results with their on-site modern laboratory. At Cambio, we pick our partners very carefully. Our whole Blue Weber, highland agave comes from Ruvalferti, run by the Ruvalcaba de Arandas family with a solid agricultural tradition that spans over 35 years. This organization assures that all of it's employees are Global G.A.P. certified. No matter the cost, we always insist on starting our tequila with the best piñas possible.

  • Southside Canned Cocktail

You couldn't always get The Original Southside in a can—it hails from a time when liquor was illegal (and tasted horrible, too). Notorious gangsters covered up the taste of bathtub gin with lemon and mint to create a delicious, refreshing cocktail that's been the secret recipe of countless families and bartenders since. We're reviving cocktails lost to the throes of time, a "revival of the fittest" if you will. While you sip your Southside, you too can ponder its convoluted history and smile knowing it's back for good.

  • Traveler Whiskey

For this first-of-its-kind collaboration from Buffalo Trace Distillery, Traveller brings together the collective artistry of 10X Grammy Award-Winning Artist Chris Stapleton and Buffalo Trace Distillery Master Distiller, Harlen Wheatley. In pursuit of the finest possible whiskey, over 50 blends were sampled before making Blend No. 40 the chosen combination. Blend No. 40 is the carefully curated result of countless hours of testing & tasting and is exactly what you’d expect – a premium whiskey that speaks for itself. Authentically crafted to be there whenever you find yourself in good company, Traveller Whiskey is Easy to Drink, Hard Not to Love. Tasting Notes - Complex aromas of vanilla, aged fruit and buttery shortbread rounded off by caramel and a touch of oak. The palate has just a touch of sweetness, followed by spice, toasted nut and oak flavors, with a robust finish.

  • Carbliss Canned Cocktails

Adam and Amanda Kroener were on a diet... A low calorie and low carb diet, to be more specific. But there was a problem: They liked to unwind at the end of a long day by enjoying a delicious cocktail. They quickly found out there weren’t a whole lot of diet friendly cocktail options out there. So they began dabbling in hard seltzers. And while the nutrition information was to their liking, one thing was definitely not: The flavor. They simply couldn’t get past the drab and lifeless taste. In a word: blah... So they did what any focused and ambitious couple would do. They started mixing their own cocktails using vodka, sparkling water and natural flavor extracts. Carbliss was born. And so was a mission. A mission to serve anyone who wants to enjoy a hand crafted cocktail that is free of carbohydrates, sugars and calories. And it turns out the ease of having it all in one can was rather handy too.
