For more than 30 years, Skinny has planted seeds and seedlings in his ever-expanding garden and harvested and canned fresh vegetables. Always one to try new concoctions and combinations, he experimented with dilly beans and okra creole, squash “soup” and spicy tomato juice, and any other recipe he could think up over the ensuing years. ​ About a decade ago, Skinny started getting requests for his tomato juice, aka, Bloody Mary Mix, from family and friends. He supplied these requests while refining the recipe. And then, refining it even more. ​And he has added Salsa to his line up. What makes Skinny's Different?
