Tin Cup Whiskey

TINCUP® was an old mining town set on the western side of the Rockies named after the old cups the miners would drink from. The name TINCUP® Whiskey and the cap on the bottle are both nods to this piece of Colorado history. TINCUP® has a bourbon style profile with a bold and spicy finish.

Empress Gin

Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 Gin is made by Victoria Distillers and inspired by the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. On top of traditional botanicals, we add a signature blend of black tea served at the Empress Hotel and butterfly pea blossom, an exotic herb that balances the traditional citrus notes of gin with a warm herbal earthiness, and gives the gin its natural indigo colour. Empress 1908’s combination of exquisite taste, delicate aroma, soft texture, and remarkable presentation provide the perfect base for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment. Now try the Elderflower Rose Gin - Following in the footsteps of our celebrated Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Empress 1908’s Elderflower Rose expression pays homage to our home city of Victoria, British Columbia. Lovingly referred to as the ‘City of Gardens’, Victoria’s flowers bloom nearly year-round, offering plenty of inspiration for our distillers. Empress Elderflower Rose Gin is handcrafted in copper pot stills and features a bright floral bouquet of nine unique premium botanicals. Distinguished by its surprisingly understated floral palate complemented by citrus and spice notes and a hint of sweetness, Empress Elderflower Rose Gin brings a taste of our home […]

Woodinville Whiskey

The story of Woodinville doesn’t begin with a 100-year-old recipe or generations of family distillers. It begins with two best friends and a dream. The dream is to make the greatest craft whiskey in the world by bringing the time-honored traditions of bourbon production into a craft environment — using the highest quality locally grown grains, the best barrels and coopers in the world, the most technologically advanced distilling equipment, and the mentorship of an industry icon, David Pickerell, former Master Distiller for Maker’s Mark. And while the story is still unfolding, after being awarded “Craft Whiskey of the Year” and “Craft Rye Whiskey of the Year” two years in a row by the American Distilling Institute, things are headed in the right direction.

Rivulet Pecan Liqueur

The Rivulet Story When we set out to craft Rivulet Artisan Pecan Liqueur, we began with a vision to create a unique world-class spirit…one that had never been done before. This began with our passion for pecans, and the rest became a labor of love in crafting the perfect luxury liqueur. Rivulet is the finest expression of all natural ingredients, time honored small batch distilling, and the patience of a delicately slow-aged product. With an eye towards sustainability and being a fair trade certified product, we believe we have created a luxury liqueur that will surpass your expectations. We believe that after a sip, you’ll agree it was worth the wait.
