A new take on an 18th century French tradition and a tribute to an infamous New Orleans cocktail, Grand Brulot VSOP Cognac Café is the exquisite result of Cognac, coffee and lore seamlessly blended. Centuries ago, the French introduced the concept of spiking their coffee with brandy to create a digestif and, in 2018, Grand Brulot revived that custom with a new recipe, uniting VSOP Cognac with rich Robusta Coffee from Ecuador. It is the meticulous blend of these two beautiful liquids that makes Grand Brulot so spectacular.

Coole Swan was born of a vision to reinvent Irish Cream Liqueur for a modern world. It is an unruly re-creation of a classic Irish product, a perfect blend of whiskey, chocolate and cream. On the 231st attempt, the recipe was perfected. Smooth, soft Irish whiskey, fresh cream and silky Belgian white chocolate combine to create Coole Swan. Every batch is blended with care in Co. Cavan by makers driven by a fierce love of the liquid. It’s more than a drink, it’s our passion. We love ours neat or over ice but always chilled and we’re also quite partial to it in a cocktail.
Broken Barrel Whiskey is distilled and sourced from the historic Owensboro Distilling Co. Eighth-Generation Master Distiller Jacob Call distills each barrel using 100% Kentucky corn sourced from local farmers. The bourbon and rye whiskey is distilled using a 54-inch Vendome™ copper column at the top of a beer still, along with copper condensers and a copper doubler. Owensboro Distilling Co. has been through a distillery fire, Prohibition, multiple owners, abandonment, and a long period of dormancy before its revival in 2014. After two years of restoration and renovation, the distillery began filling barrels in 2016. Broken Barrel believed the story and history of this distillery and has been growing alongside the distillery starting with just 9-month-old whiskey when the first bourbon was launched in 2017. Today, Broken Barrel Whiskey's core products feature aged Kentucky Straight whiskey, denoting a minimum of two years in the barrel before even being tasted and selected for the next batch.

THE DREAM OF HALF BATCH BREWING STARTED 20 YEARS AGO. Half Batch Brewing has its roots in the kitchen of a college apartment in Baton Rouge. That’s where, in 1995, Nate brewed his first beer. Of course, he immediately wanted to do it for a living, but it was a long road from those days to opening the doors to the Half Batch Brewing public room in 2017.
